Christmas Lighting Is Completely Up at Cinderella Castle
The Christmas transformations continue at Walt Disney World. Our MickeyBlogger is on the scene at the Magic Kingdom this evening where exciting changes to Cinderella’s Castle are definitely noticeable as you near.
As you can see from many of the photos we’re about to share, the strings of lights used to magically transform Cinderella Castle each holiday season are all fixed into place, though they won’t be lit until next month.
During our visit, Cast Members confirmed that all of the lights are officially in place and that the entire transformation takes two weeks to complete.
However, Cast Members were quick to point out that this exciting seasonal transformation won’t be unveiled to theme park guests until the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
During these festive seasonal soirees, Cinderella Castle is lit several times nightly as part of ‘A Frozen Holiday Wish.’
During this exclusive party event, Queen Elsa is joined by her sister Anna and some of her other favorite Frozen friends as she uses her magical ice powers to bring the castle to life!
You can check the splendor for yourself when the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party kicks off on November 8th. Until then we’ll leave you with one final photo of what the castle will look like all lit up!
