End Date Announced for Magical Celebration
Well, it’s official! Disney announced an end date for The World’s Most Magical Celebration. If you want to be a part of it, then you better get to Walt Disney World Resort before March 31, 2023!
The Announcement
Nick with MagicalNewsLIVE shared the announcement via Twitter. Walt Disney World’s declaration stated, “The magic is calling everyone to our celebration-now through March 31, 2023!”

We already knew that The World’s Most Magical Celebration would end in March 2023; however, we did not have an exact date until now. Thank goodness, it lasts through the end of the month.
The Preparation
Walt Disney World Resort turned 50 years old on October 1, 2021. Hence, the celebration began and was set to last 18 months.
Cast Members and Imagineers spent months prepping the parks with decorated icons, new fireworks spectaculars, fresh merchandise, gorgeous character outfits, and so much more. The celebration brings so many great memories for thousands (if not millions) of families!
New Additions
So, if you come to Walt Disney World, you enjoy “Harmonious” at EPCOT and “Disney Enchantment” at Magic Kingdom. Both of these fireworks shows continue to awe and amaze Guests.

Also, new attractions debuted during the World’s Most Magical Celebration. These attractions include Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT.
Keep in mind that Splash Mountain is set to be reimagined into a Princess and the Frog attraction at the Magic Kingdom in 2024. In addition, Tron Lightcycle Run will open in the near future, as well.
