NEW TRAILER: Lucasfilm and Imagine Documentaries’ ‘Light & Magic’ Coming to Disney+
Fans of Lucasfilm will be pretty excited about what we’re about to show you. Today, Disney+ released a trailer along with key art for a new documentary from Lucasfilm and Imagine Documentaries Light & Magic which will be coming to Disney+. The documentary will take viewers through the untold history of the world-renowned Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) which is the special visual effects, animation and virtual production division of Lucasfilm.
Below is a first look at the promo poster for the series:
Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Lawrence Kasdan was given “unparalleled access” to ILM to learn about the pioneers of modern filmmaking. You’ll step behind the curtain as you watch ILM teams bring Disney Legend George Lucas’s vision to life. These accomplishments of ILM would go on to inspire the entire industry of visual effects.
Kasdan is also a producer for the project along with Ron Howard, Brian Grazer, Justin Wilkes, Kathleen Kennedy, and Michelle Rejwan.
