Christmas Popcorn Buckets for Halfway to Holidays
Halfway to the Holidays celebrations and announcements occurred all over Walt Disney World this week. Of course, we must have Christmas popcorn buckets to go along with all the festivities!
Their Arrival
Cast Members brought out the Christmas popcorn buckets early this afternoon. Of course, they were all wrapped up and ready for distribution.
I know many people, personally, who like to keep their popcorn buckets wrapped in plastic after they purchase them. This is to keep the popcorn buckets in great condition.
However, Cast Members no longer allow this. We assume it’s due to the plastic being a choking hazard, but our assumption is not confirmed.
Seasonal Smiles
Of course, everyone loves Christmas and the holidays, so Halfway to the Holidays is a fun celebration.
These popcorn buckets are new today; however, they are the same Christmas popcorn buckets as last year.
In theory, these Christmas popcorn buckets are available until June 26, 2022. However, MickeyBlogger Greg confirmed there is a long line, so they might sell out today.
Festive for Every Season
So, let’s take a closer look at the great popcorn bucket that puts in you the holly, jolly mood…no matter the season. First, it features our favorite couple, Mickey and Minnie Mouse!
They are dressed in their holiday best with Santa-themed outfits. Minnie also has an adorable peppermint on her bow while Mickey stylishly wears a Santa hat.
In addition, they both hold candy canes that come together in an almost perfect location. If you look closely, the candy canes’ arches nearly make a heart.
O, Christmas Tree
The Christmas tree, itself, is metallic gold. It shimmers and reflects anything in its path.
Red garland streams around the tree, and it is covered in multi-colored Christmas lights. The tree topper is a clear star, as well. Of course, all of the decorations glow once you turn on the light in the bottom of the popcorn bucket.
The popcorn bucket’s strap is red with green presents and other decorations throughout. You even see Walt Disney World’s 50th-anniversary logo.

So, Guests festively walk around Disney Springs today with the Christmas popcorn buckets. Some even wear festive shirts for the celebration.
