Celebrate the Debut of Lightyear With New Disney Springs Treat
We are a little over a week away from the new Pixar film Lightyear blasting off in a theater near you and Disney is celebrating with a special Disney Springs treat. Disney’s downtown shopping and dining district took to their Facebook page this morning to give us a first look at a new new ice cream goodie available at Swirls on the Water.
The cone is made of purple cheesecake soft serve with chocolate Buzz Lightyear wings, green cone and “space sprinkles.”
This instagrammable treat is sure to put a smile on anyone’s face and is only available for a limited time only. Be sure to pop by Swirls on the Water and get yours while you can.
You also won’t want to miss the new animated film Lightyear when it makes its debut later this month!
For those unfamiliar, Lightyear is being dubbed as a sci-fi action adventure that follows the legendary Space Ranger on an intergalactic adventure alongside a group of ambitious recruits (voiced by Keke Palmer, Dale Soules and Taika Waititi) along with his feline robot companion Sox (voiced by Peter Sohn.) Other cast members include Uzo Aduba, James Brolin, Mary McDonald-Lewis, Efren Ramirez and Isiah Whitlock Jr. Lightyear is directed by Angus MacLane (co-director “Finding Dory”) and produced by Galyn Susman (“Toy Story That TimeForgot”), “Lightyear” releases June 17, 2022.
