May the 4th is widely regarded among fans as “Star Wars day”. Aka, the biggest holiday in the galaxy! Getting its name from the franchise phrase “may the force be with you”, the unofficial holiday is one you won’t find any Star Wars fans skipping!
We’ve compiled the top 3 best ways to celebrate this year’s May the 4th at Walt Disney World, so let’s jump to lightspeed and get right into it!
3- Visit Star Wars Galactic Outpost

Do not fear, young Padawan learners: you do not have to go to Hollywood Studios to celebrate May the 4th at WDW! If a visit to the Theme Parks isn’t in your plans for this year’s May the 4th, my favorite way to celebrate Star Wars is with a visit to Star Wars Galactic Outpost at Disney Springs!

2- Taste the Specialty Treats
The Disney Parks are gearing up to celebrate May the 4th with some phenomenal themed treats! At Hollywood Studios, you’ll find lightsaber churro, jettison juice, a galactic funnel cake, cosmic rum punch, and an INCREDIBLE Darth Maul-inspired chocolate creation!

The absolute best way to celebrate May the 4th is with a visit to the outpost planet, Batuu.
Between two state-of-the-art attractions, a themed bar and restaurant, and a life-sized Millennium Falcon straight out of the films, Galaxy’s Edge is the place to be on May the 4th…and that’s just scratching the surface of what this land has to offer!
Between all the exploring and food sampling, don’t forget to stop for some photos. Galaxy’s Edge has some of the best photo ops on Disney Property! If you’re in the shot or behind the lens, keep your eyes peeled (and your camera ready) as you wander the land. Kylo Ren, Rey, and Chewie have been known to pop up every now and then, and you’ll want to be ready for when they do!
