The Student Inventor Series

This delicious ice cream is part of the Student Inventor Series! That’s right- in 2011, the Salt & Straw team turned over the creative process to kids creating an amazing and imaginative set of flavors!

In 2021, the team had more fun! They partnered with Scholastic for the “Rad Readers Series” and invited kids to submit their wildest stories and plots.
Those epic stories and characters were turned into one-of-a-kind ice creams. Taste and creativity coming together in the best way possible!

Today is the very last day to indulge in this one-of-a-kind flavor invented by 7-year old, Asher.
Think out-of-this-world yumminess with an intergalactic combo of pink and blue marshmallow “milky way” fluff and purple-y pitch dark cherry ice cream. Sweet, creamy, and simply delicious!
