‘Encanto’ is Hitting the Road in a One-of-a-Kind Concert Event
We’ve got some exciting news for fans of Disney’s Encanto. The beloved Disney film may be coming to a town near you with a special NEW concert event.
According to a piece that appeared this morning on Good Morning America, Disney concerts has just announced that it will be joining forces with Live Nation for an upcoming “Encanto: The Sing-Along Film Concert Tour.” Check out the official tweet below:

The tour will kick off in Ridgefield, Washington on July 18 and will be visiting thirty-two cities across the country before closing on August 28, 2022 with the last stop Chicago.

During this incredible event, audiences will be able to watch Encanto on the venue’s gigantic screen. Audiences are encouraged to sing along with the original songs you’ve come to know and love from the film. An on-stage band will also be on hand to provide live music designed to make the experience feel even more immersive.
If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog you’ll know that Encanto features iconic songs from Lin-Manuel Miranda. The film includes the record-breaking number “We Don’t Talk About Bruno.” which topped Billboard’s Hot 100 chart for five weeks. It broke the record as the longest No. 1 streak for a Disney song EVER!

In addition, the Encanto soundtrack was also top of the Billboard 200 chart for an incredible nine weeks. Other fan-favorite songs from the film include “Surface Pressure” and the Oscar-nominated track “Dos Oruguitas.”
Tickets for “Encanto: The Sing-Along Film Concert Tour” go on sale starting Friday, April 29 at 10 a.m. local time on Live Nation, which also lists the full schedule of dates.
