Deconstructed Dish Returns to Festival of the Arts
Deconstructed Dish is back with new fragmented delicacies!
This is a returning favorite food booth to the Epcot International Festival of the Arts and the new offerings don’t disappoint!
The kiosk features savory treats as well as sweet eats, all deconstructed and presented…well, artully!
Deconstructed Dish has been a presence at the Epcot festival since 2018, but this year’s menu has been revamped! The Deconstructed BLT is still there, but the reuben and cheesecake have been traded for some new eats this year.
- Deconstructed BLT – Crispy pork belly, soft-poached egg, brioche, watercress espuma and tomato jam
- Deconstructed French Onion Soup – Beef broth ravioli, gruyere espuma, onion bread pudding and onion textures
- Deconstructed Key Lime Pie – Flexible key lime curd, “key lime” mousse, graham cracker cake and meringues
We snuck a peek at some deconstructed french onion soup and it looked yummy!
If you aren’t in the mood for food, you can deconstruct a beverage too! Only one option this year, the kiosk beverage menu is a new Deconstructed Apple Pie à la Mode. Apple-cinnamon gelato, cinnamon apple cider, apple pie filling and streusel. This sounds heavenly!
Deconstructed Dish also offers a Brown Ale from Short’s Brewing in Bellaire, Michigan in 6 or 12 oz servings. Served fully constructed, of course.
The International Festival of the Arts runs until February 22, with incredibly talented artists of all mediums showcasing their work. If you’re visiting Walt Disney World, this is a must-do!
