Marvel Releases Official Poster of That Eternals Post-Credit Character
With Eternals continuing its run at the box office in its second week, it’s finally for the MCU to confirm a new addition to the film, and to the universe, as Marvel releases an official poster of that Eternals post-credit character.
One of the most interesting films in Marvel’s long-running history, and one of their most divisive creations, Eternals has continued to thrive in cinemas after a very strong box office debut.
With the ten, super-powered, Eternals all making their debut, the film is packed with a narrative that aims to introduce Marvel viewers to these individuals, and the untold history of the MCU within the film.
No small tasks for director Chloe Zhao, Eternals also sets up another debut, with a now-infamous post-credits scene marking the first appearance of yet another Eternal, and potential MCU mainstay.

It appears that Marvel has now verified the debut as they’ve released an official poster of that Eternals post-credit character with an introduction befitting a true folk hero.
The character is none other than Eros, Brother of Thanos; played by pop culture icon Harry Styles, Eros was a complete unknown going into the week ahead of Eternals theatrical release; where the world premiere saw immense controversy in terms of that character’s debut.

Eros is an interesting addition to the MCU Canon because of his nearly limitless potential in the universe, and because of the characters, he was so closely connected to.
Eros is an Eternal, but he is also the brother of the Mad Titan Thanos; only Eros doesn’t contain the same deviant gene that made Thanos appear the way that he does in the Marvel Universe.
It seems as though Harry Styles Eros’ will be the main aspect of the potential Eternals sequel, which should be very good news for fans of this first film!
