Disney Details Bring Immersive Experience to Orlando International Airport
In case you missed it, this past week, MickeyBlog shared with you a look at the incredible job Disney and Orlando International Airport have done when it comes to bringing the 50th Anniversary magic to the airport.
Whether you are flying in or out of MCO you’ll definitely be given a big dose of pixie dust thanks to new murals, overlays and even lightning effects.
Here you’ll see photos of a brand new passenger arrival experience. This includes a wide-spanning art installation in the terminal train stations.
This display features the Disney Fab 50 Golden Character Statues that guests can now find at each Walt Disney World theme park.
In addition, we’ve heard a rumor that there is also a teacup photo-op inspired by Magic Kingdom’s the Mad Tea Party attraction.
But one of my favorite touches has to be the projected EARidescent light patterns glistening on the floors as you walk through the airport terminal just outside the Magic of Disney Store in the East Hall.
While you’re on the East side, also be on the lookout for a 36-foot video screen that shows off the nighttime Earidescent light displays at all four theme parks dubbed “Beacons of Magic.”
Won’t be getting to MCO straight away? No worries, all of the awesome decorations we shared with you above will be on display at Orlando International Airport through March 2022.
