New Signage Signals the Official Return of Disney World’s Annual Pass Program
For over 14 months, Guests have been unable to purchase a new Annual Pass to Walt Disney World. The company halted the sale of new Annual Passes back in July 2020 in an effort to reduce the crowds during the pandemic. But as of today at 6am EST, Guests may now purchase and use newly issued Annual Passes! MickeyBlog was there to capture the new signage in place to promote the new program.
New Passholder Signage
A new Passholder Program calls for some new signage, don’t you think? New Passholder Entrance signs were up and ready to accept Guests at Hollywood Studios this morning.
The bright yellow sign features Mickey’s smiling face in the center of the Disney World “D”. The sign directs Passholders to their designated entrance that often avoids the long lines at the general entrance.
New digital signs were also added to the ticketing area. The signs rotate through a variety of images promoting the Annual Pass Program.
As a reminder, the new program features several different options for Florida Residents and non-residents alike. Passholders can take advantage of one year of unlimited visits to all four Disney World theme parks, with some restrictions depending on the pass type. For example, the Disney Incredi-Pass is an incredible value for Guests who wish to visit Disney World virtually any day of the year. This option allows you to hop between parks on any single day with no blackout dates! Just keep in mind that you do need a valid park reservation to enter your first park and you can only hold 5 park reservations at a time.
Readers are encouraged to check out MickeyBlog’s article on the new Passholder Program for additional details and to see all the benefits of becoming a Passholder!
