VIDEO: Check Out the Last Spire Being Decorated For Cinderella Castle’s 50th Anniversary Makeover
It was a magical monumental moment! Disney Imagineer Zach Riddley took to Instagram this morning to share with us the crowning achievement of Disney World’s 50th Anniversary decorating of Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom!
If you’ve been following along with us here at MickeyBlog you’ll know that under the cover of darkness Disney has been adding whimsically wonderful touches to Cinderella Castle. This has consisted of elegantly draped tapestries, shiny baubles, flowing ribbons and more. Each of the spires towering high above the castle received it’s own cascading golden streamer!
Last night the FINAL ONE was put into place which Zach shared in this Instagram video- check it out:

Isn’t it simply stunning!?
In addition to work to the castle, Fantasyland, particularly the shops closest to the castle also received makeovers so that the whole area now blends together seamlessly.
You can see the new rose colored paint job and royal blue roof tiles!
