First Look at Actual Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Hotel ‘Cabins’
Representing The Walt Disney Company at this morning’s virtual IAAPA Expo is Josh D’Amaro, Disney Parks Experiences and Products Chairman. He has shared some exciting news about the future of Disney Parks including our first look at the rooms, called “cabins,” inside the all-new Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Hotel coming to Walt Disney World.

Taking a closer look, it appears that each cabin will offer a queen size bed and two bunk beds built into the wall. Per previous concept art, we saw that each cabin will feature a portal that will make the Guest feel like they are actually traveling through the galaxy and change views throughout the journey. We can see this same screen in these new images above.
Guests will be able to keep up with their journey on the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser with a screen that show’s the current location. This might actually be the TV for the cabin that has a channel only accessible inside the Hotel and then you can watch your other favorite shows when you have some down-time during your adventure.

Another feature I notice in these photos of the cabins inside the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser Hotel is a table that appears to slide out from under the main vista portal. Underneath it, there appears to be two chairs.
At this time, an exact opening date for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser has not yet been announced. However, we have seen work continue on the much-anticipated Hotel since the Parks reopened back in July and are optimistic that it will open next year in 2021!
