Four Seasons Orlando has just announced the antidote to the dreaded digital learning many families are enduring these days. Introducing the Four Seasons Orlando “Schoolcation!” And, I am here for this!
With digital learning, children can learn from virtually anywhere. So, why not take advantage of this time and head on down to Four Seasons to enjoy a “Schoolcation” that includes supervised digital learning for children, ultimate recess, extra magic at the Walt Disney World Parks, and so much more!

Four Seasons Orlando “Staycation” Study Sessions
Children are invited to attend supervised schoolwork sessions in small groups with socially distancing measures. There will be no more than six students in one “class” with “classrooms” being set in spacious event rooms of the Four Seasons Orlando that offer airy and open rooms, floor to ceiling windows for natural light, and a private terrace for outside break time.
Every student will have their own desk and access to high-speeed premium WiFi. Parents can chose from a half day schedule from 9 am to 12 pm or full day from 9 am to 3 pm. The full day schedule does include lunch.
Schedule
- 9:00 am to 12:00 noon: Supervised virtual learning, snack break included (half-day participants depart at noon)
- Lunch break: Students opting for a full day will order lunch off a set menu and the lunch will be delivered at the student’s scheduled lunch break time
- 1:00 to 2:00 pm: Optional enrichment period for those with flexible schedules including Arts and Crafts and Physical Education
- 3:00 pm: Parents pick up their child(ren)

Four Seasons Orlando will begin offering “Schoolcations” on Monday, September 14, 2020. The cost is just $50 per child for a half day and $100 for the full day session including lunch. To keep numbers low, reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance and you must be staying at the Resort.
All sessions are supervised by the exceptionally trained Kids for All Seasons staff who have years of experience in working with children.
“Our kids’ club team members have enthusiastic, delightful personalities,” says Sarah Peltier, Director of Recreation. “They are looking forward to supporting the students while they engage in their virtual learning, and bringing fun and creativity to the afternoon enrichment session.”
Parents Enjoy a Break

During the Four Seasons Orlando “Schoolcation,” while the kids are doing their digital learning, parents can take a break at one of the many amenities the Resort has to offer. Parents are invited to take a dip in the exclusive, infinity-edge adults only pool. Cocktail servers are on hand to bring you a frozen daiquiri or any other drink you desire.
After a visit to the pool, stop by the Spa at Four Seasons and take advantage of one of several treatments designed to renew, refresh, and destress. The Spa also offers indoor and outdoor relaxation lounges, a separate Soarium with zero-gravity loungers, and spacious locker rooms with an Experience Shower and whirlpool.

If golf is your game, hit the links at the Four Seasons Golf and Sports Club and enjoy the 18-hole Tom Fazio designed course which is set to hose the LPGA 2021 Tournament of Champions.The Club also offers a driving range, short course, putting course, and TrackMan video monitor swing analysis.
And, since the Four Seasons Orlando is just minutes away from the Walt Disney World theme parks, parents can sneak away, with or without the kids, for a daily dose of Disney magic!
“Schoolcation” Physical Education

Adults and children alike are invited to participate in “physical education” and take tennis lessons with Four Season Orlando’s talented instructors.
“Schoolcation” at the Four Seasons Orlando also offers a variety of classes designed for families including yoga, mediation, spinning, body sculpting, high intensity cross-training, and a unique aqua fitness class held in the Resort’s lazy river using the water current for resistance.

Culinary Classes
While the kids are doing the school part of the “Schoolcation:” at the Four Seasons, adults can also take part in mixology education by learning how to make signature cocktails. The new cocktail to-go kit available in Lickety Split that includes all the ingredients and tools to mix up masterpieces such as the Hemingway Daiquiri.
Physically distanced cooking classes can also be reserved with the Four Season Orlando’s talented culinary team.
