Universal Orlando Sends Survey to Annual Passholders Who Took Part in Previews How They Felt About New Health Guidelines
Earlier this week, Universal Orlando opened their parks to Annual Passholders before the general public for reopening “preview days.” Those who were in attendance received the below survey to gauge how they felt about newly implemented health and safety guidelines including face coverings. In addition, the survey looked to gauge how many were eating at the Parks as well as shopping.
These questions on the Universal Orlando survey looked to see if you purchased any food or beverages while in the Park and how you consumed of them if you did:
They also were interested in if Annual Passholders unitized technology to order their food and beverages.
Next up, they were interested in seeing who was shopping for souvenirs during their visit:
The Universal Orlando survey also wanted to see what items Guests brought with them to stay and healthy at the Parks:
The next questions asks how Guests perceived the new healthy and safety guidelines:
Here, they are asking how Universal Orlando Team Members and Universal in general made Annual Passhodlers feel safe during their visit:
And, now, the survey goes to those dreaded face coverings. While the Parks at Universal Orlando does have “U Rest” zones at various locations that allows Guests to temporarily remove their face covering for a “breather,” face coverings are required in all other areas of the Parks. In these survey questions, Universal is curious if you removed your face covering at any other area and if you were approached by a Team Member if so.
Finally, the Universal Orlando survey wraps up by asking Annual Passholders if they visited CityWalk during their visit. Previously, CityWalk was only open from 4 to 10 pm (Then, tempoerarily changed to 7 pm because of the county curfew.” However, today, when the Parks reopened to the general public, CityWalk opened at 8 am.
