Sanaa is Now Serving Breakfast at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
Guests visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge now have a new way to enjoy a nice, hearty breakfast! Recently, Sanaa has added a breakfast option to their menu.
From 7 am to 10 am, stop by Sanaa for the Sanaa Kuamsha Breakfast. The breakfast menu highlights a variety of different flavors inspired by authentic African cuisine while transforming the popular restaurant into a casual quick-service restaurant with grab-and-go options as well as a few familiar dishes with a unique twist that you can only find at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge.
The new Sanaa Kuamsha Breakfast allows Guests to enjoy grab-and-go items including yogurt parfaits, fruit plates, banana bread with house-made African chocolate-hazelnut spread, and more. If you are looking for a sit-down dining experience, Guests are invited to browse a full menu of entrees which can be ordered at the counter and brought directly to your table!
The entree menu features some of your favorite breakfast items with a touch of African flavor. These dishes at Sanaa include:
- Eggs Benedict: With two brown poached eggs, farmer’s ham, spice route hollandaise, arugula, and berries
- Shahi Tukra French Toast: With saffron-scented sultan raisins, whipped chai cream, and almonds
- Methi Paratha Wrap: Features scrambled eggs, potatoes masala, gouda, chermoula, and papaya achar. And for a plant-based option, you can try the Enriching Grains and Fruit dish with mixed grains, seasonal fruit, South African rusk, and coconut milk yogurt
- The Boere Breakfast: Two cage-free eggs, African home fries, house-made boerewors sausage, bacon, and a coconut drop biscuit
On the Sanaa breakfast menu for the kids is the Kid’s Explorer Platter with one cage-free egg served any style, African home fries, bacon, and a coconut drop biscuit. And of course there is the classic Mickey waffles and bacon!
In addition, to this new breakfast menu, Sanaa will continue serving up their delicious lunch and dinner offerings as well including their popular bread service. One of my favorite things about dining at Sanaa is its incredible views of the lush Sunset Savannah. It is here that you can sit back and enjoy a delectable meal while taking in the spectacular views of African wildlife right outside the windows of the restaurant. With animals including gazelle, zebras, kudu, giraffes, ostriches, cranes, and more, they’re sure to make your meal a memorable experience.
Reservations for breakfast at Sanaa are not required for breakfast but highly recommended for lunch and dinner.
