Disney to Host 2nd Annual Women’s Day on Broadway: Inspiring Changemakers Event in New York
Disney on Broadway announced today that in celebration of International Women’s Day they will be hosting the 2nd annual Women’s Day on Broadway: Inspiring Changemakers. This special event will be held on March 23th at the St. James Theatre which is the home of Frozen: The Broadway Musical.
The Women’s Day event this year will focus on changemakers in the theater and entertainment industries. The event will focus on the ways that every person can bring about change and will feature guest speakers, panels and presentations.
Women’s Day on Broadway was launched in 2018 by Disney as a platform for attendees of all genders to engage in an honest dialogue of gender equality in the theater industry. This is achieved by creating a day filled with empowering conversations with a focus on driving change in the theater world and beyond.
Disney on Broadway invites professionals of all backgrounds and genders interested in the topic of equality in the industry to attend this event free of charge. More information and seats can be reserved here.
