Recent New York Times Article Reveals Details of Spider-Man Attraction at California Adventure
The New York Times published a piece yesterday outlining Disney’s Plans to expand their “global village empire” through the introductions of new rides, attractions, theme parks and even cruise ships! (You can read the article in its entirety here.) If there’s one aspect of this piece that has us particularly excited it was the concept art that accompanied the piece featuring a new Spider-Man attraction!
Seen above, the image of what Marvel Land might look like provides fans with some interesting insights. Slated to open at Disney California Adventure in the years ahead, it would appear that one of the focal points of this re-imagined area will be the creation of this Spider-Man themed attraction. Not only that but it looks like the new land will connect seamlessly with the another Marvel attraction – Guardians of the Galaxy-Mission: BREAKOUT currently sits.
This is also in keeping with the ongoing theory that the new Marvel-themed area of California Adventure will also absorb the area of the park previously known as A Bug’s Land.
It is early days for the development of this exciting new Marvel-themed area of Disneyland Resort. Readers are encouraged to keep following along with MickeyBlog for the latest Disneyland news and updates.
