The EPCOT Food & Wine Festival to Begin in July This Year
While we just confirmed that Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Parties for 2020 have been cancelled by Disney, we have some happy news to pass along. The annual Food & Wine Festival at EPCOT will begin in July this year! On July 15 to be exact which will makes this the longest running festival in EPCOT history and also marks the same day EPCOT will reopen to the public.
Other than kicking off in July, the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival will look and feel a little different this year as well but the magic will still be alive!
The modified EPCOT Food & Wine Festival will begin in July and continue through the Fall and will offer over 20 global marketplaces. Guests will be able to eat around the world and taste delicious food and beverages from booths such as Hawaii, Hops & Barley, and Islands of the Caribbean.
And, this year’s Festival will even combine some flavor from the Flower & Garden Springtime Festival at Epcot. Guests visiting this Summer and Fall will be able to check out the new topiary, Remy, in the France pavilion even be able to purchase merchandise from the Flower & Garden Festival. Remy’s Ratatouille Hide and Squeak scavenger hunt will also be available for Guests to enjoy.
Unfortunately, due to social distancing guidelines, the fan-favorite “Eat to the Beat Concert Series” will not be offered this year. However, Guests will still be able to enjoy great music at the American Gardens Theater with local EPCOT entertainment such as Mariachi Cobre, the JAMMitors, and more.
