Orange Bird Added to Mickey Topiaries at EPCOT
The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival has officially started and is the perfect way to experience spring at Walt Disney World.
In addition to the amazing entertainment and delicious culinary treats, this festival is known for their colorful gardens and stunning topiaries.
We noticed a fun new addition on our most recent visit to the festival, and it is pretty cute. Orange Bird was added to the classic Mickey topiaries at EPCOT.
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival
Disney is hosting the ultimate springtime event complete with brilliant gardens, fresh flavors, lively entertainment and more. The festivities officially kicked off on February 28th and runs through May 27th.
MickeyBlog has already reported on the awesome food booths and topiaries as they popped up in the park. Today, one of the Mickey displays received an update with an Orange Bird twist.
EPCOT’s Mickey Ear Topiaries
These three plain Mickey topiaries between the Mexico Pavilion and the Odyssey are now sporting Orange Bird Minnie ear headbands.
The new look is inspired by the Orange Bird Loungefly ears available in Creations Shop.
The new “ears” match the look of the headband with turquoise and orange colors and a fun pattern with Orange Bird.
There are also Florida oranges, Spaceship Earth, garden tools, and more — the perfect icons for this popular festival.
Orange Bird has always been a popular icon for Disney World and a fan-fave. The smiling character can be seen all across the park in merchandise, treats, photo ops and more.
