Avengers Campus Lures Terrans with Cosmic Confections
Just when we thought Disneyland churros could not get any better, the culinary wizards behind Terran Treats twisted them around (literally) into a ration sure to entice any passing terran, or human.
Sure enough, the Cosmic Cream Orbs and the Sweet Sprial Rations at Terran Treats inside Avenger’s Campus at Disney California Adventure Park certainly tempted our MickeyBloggers today.
Based on a classic cream puff, the Cosmic Cream Orb looks like something straight off of the moon with a dark black exterior speckled with edible glitter. Once the orbs is cracked open, the most delicious whipped raspberry cheesecake filling certainly comes as a galactic surprise.
The bold purple ooey gooey filling makes a solid nod to Thanos and his violet-hue. The giant treat also pays tribute to the giant supervillian, as it is definitely shareable for two.
The layers and textures truly do look like something from another planet and certainly something that terrans might find irresistable.
A Tropical Twist on a Churro
The sweet spiral ration takes on a unique churros spin with a tart pineapple flavor and sugary crust.
Served warm with layers of the tropical flavor throughout, the emerald green hue of the treat most certainly makes a clever reference to the God of Mischief himself, Loki. Knowing who runs the shop, the shade might also find inspiration from “the deadliest woman in the galaxy,” Gamora.
Better known as the Collector, Taneleer Tivan runs Terran Treats in an attempt to lure Terrans, to his nearby citadel. The Collector currently has the Guardians of the Galaxy trapped inside his fortress, which sets the scene for Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: Breakout.
The Sweet Spiral Ration sells for $5.75, and the Cosmic Cream Orb costs $6.25. Terrans can also pick up assorted beverages at the stand.
Cast members were certainly ready for Avengers Campus to open to all guests at the Disneyland Resort today, when epic crowds of out-of-state residents returned to the resort.
