Andrew Lapinski Reveals the Inspiration Behind Disney Dreams That Soar’s Signature Song
Disney Dreams That Soar has officially debuted at Walt Disney World, giving visitors the perfect way to cap off their day at Disney Springs.
The new nighttime drone show uses 800 drones to create a canvas in the night sky, illuminating the darkness with some of Disney’s most iconic characters.

In addition to the majestic drone display, Disney Dreams That Soar is tied together by a soundtrack made up of classic Disney songs. For the finale, however, Disney turned to Andrew Lipinski to write a new showstopping number.
The Story Behind the Song
After a team brainstorm, the music producer went home and penned the song that audiences hear during Dreams that Soar’s finale. When writing the piece of music, Lipinski took inspiration from his young daughter.

“My hope is that when people hear the finale song, they’re motivated to chase their dreams and to inspire others to chase theirs too,” Andrew reflected. “I think the best part of this song is the feeling of wanting to have togetherness. And that’s what cuts through.”
Disney Dreams That Soar
Disney Dreams That Soar is performed nightly at Disney Springs through September 2, 2024. So, if you plan on visiting Walt Disney World in the next few months, make sure you stop by and see it for yourself!
