PHOTOS: New ‘Ahsoka’ Scene Debuts on Star Tours — The Adventures Continue
The new Mandalorian, Andor, and Ahsoka scenes debuted on Star Tours — The Adventure continues today, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Our reporters were on the scene at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and quickly lined up to experience the new attraction.

As with other additions to Star Tours, the current version of the attraction will automatically include one of the new scenes featuring Ahsoka, the Mandalorian & Grogu, or Andor. The other, older scenes in the attraction continue to be randomized.
Today, for example, we got the old Kashyyyk scene alongside the new Ahsoka scene.
The New Ahsoka Scene Features a Firefight Among Purrgils
The new scene begins with the StarSpeeder receiving an incoming transmission from Ahsoka Tano (with Chopper and Huyang behind her!)
After greeting her old pals C-3PO and R2-D2, Tano informs them that they are traveling with an “old friend of hers” who has information that is vital to The Rebellion — you guessed it, the Rebel Spy.
The former Jedi then tasks the group with rendezvousing with her at a set of coordinates she is transmitting. R2 jumps into action.
After exiting hyperspace, guests find themselves flying high above Peridia with a pod of Purrgils. Suddenly, however, they realize they are in the midst of a firefight.
The fight continues in and around the Purgill, with the StarSpeeder almost being inhaled by the giant space whales at one point. Eventually, however, guests are victorious.
“Nicely done, Star Tours, appreciate the help. Safe travels. Good to see you again R2,” Ahsoka signs off.
As guests move onto the next scene, R2-D2 has the ship do a victory barrel roll before jumping into hyperspace.
More Adventures Are Coming
First off, this might be the first time that we have seen Ahsoka and R2-D2 interact since the end of The Clone Wars. How cool is that?!
Secondly, while it is a little disappointing that the scene didn’t feature a hyperspace jump with the Purrgil, it is a fun addition nonetheless.
