How to Get a Free Dessert in EPCOT for Flower & Garden Festival!
We’ve been eating around the 2024 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival all day, and we think we deserve a reward!

Festival Passport
Every EPCOT festival has a special food crawl associated with it. These allow you to get stamps for eating certain food items, and if you collect all your stamps, you get a complimentary prize!

So, let’s talk about all the items on the food crawl and what this year’s prize is.
2024 Flower & Garden Festival Garden Graze
The food crawl for Flower & Garden Festival is called the Garden Graze! What makes this crawl unique is that all of the items on the list are plant-based.

Garden Graze
There are 8 items total on the list, but you only need to eat 5 of them to get your prize. And, you can even repeat the same items for them to count (so if you want to eat the Strawberry Shortcake 5 times, no one is judging).
You collect your stamps on the last page of your Festival Passport (where there is also a list of all of the items available). So, don’t forget to ask for your stamp from the Cast Member at the booth you’re ordering from!
We got almost all of the items on the crawl so we can tell you what’s worth it and what isn’t, so let’s take a look at all of the options!
First up, we have the Avocado Toast from BRUNCHCOT. This is avocado toast with marinated tomatoes and plant-based cheese crumbles on toasted ciabatta for $6.
The avocado toast is almost always a hit, and this year is no different! The flavors go well together and it’s a hearty brunch or snack option.
Next is the Grilled Street Corn on the Cob from Farmers Feast. It comes with a savory garlic spread and plant-based cheese for $5.75.
This corn is delicious! That garlic spread tastes like it has some plant-based parmesan in it which really brings out a lot of the flavors. And, they’re not skimping on the sauce, which we appreciated!

Time for that shortcake I told you about! The Florida Strawberry Shortcake is located at the Florida Fresh Outdoor Kitchen for $5.
The shortcake was definitely hefty, but it wasn’t overly sweet and the fresh strawberries and cream added some lightness. This is a perfect treat for the spring!
The next item can be found at Trowel & Trellis — It’s the IMPOSSIBLE Farmhouse Meatball with lentil bread, spinach, marinated vegetables, and creamy herb aïoli for $6.
This dish wasn’t really a fave for us. We thought it was kind of dry and there wasn’t enough sauce to make up for it. It didn’t taste bad, but there wasn’t enough flavor to make this worth buying in our opinion!
After that, the next item is the Coconut Tres Leches from La Isla Fresca. It’s a vanilla cake soaked with oat, almond, and coconut milks topped with toasted coconut for $5.
This cake was light and fluffy and not too sweet! It’s nothing super unique, but if you like vanilla and coconut and want a plant-based dessert, this is a delicious option.
Over in Germany, you can find the Potato Pancakes with house-made apple sauce for $5.25. These are at the Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market Outdoor Kitchen.

Potato Pancakes in 2023
Unfortunately, they ran out of these today at the festival due to technical difficulties! But having had them myself several times in the past, I can assure you that these are almost always delicious. They’ve got a great crisp on the outside, nice onion flavor, and the applesauce pairs perfectly.

And finally, the last item on the list is the Seasonal Fruit Parfait from Refreshment Outpost. This is served with sweet chili sauce and DOLE Whip Mango for $7.

Seasonal Fruit Parfait
Yeah…so…this was pretty bad. Our reporter said it was the worst thing they had all day! It didn’t really make any sense to us — the sweet chili sauce and mango just did not go well together. We’d skip this one if we were you.
The only dish we weren’t able to grab today was the Plant-based Buffalo Chicken Tender Poutine at Refreshment Port. This comes with the plant-based buffalo chicken tenders on top of crispy potato barrels with ranch, and plant-based blue cheese crumbles for $10.
When you’ve collected all of your stamps, take your Festival Passport over to Pineapple Promenade to get your complimentary prize! This year’s prize is swirl of Dole Whip Lime with Minute Maid lemonade and mango smoothie mix!
The was super refreshing, tart, and sweet! It’s a perfect treat after eating a bunch of food all day.
The treat also comes in a collectible cup for you to take home which is fun. We absolutely loved this prize!
Not only do you get this dessert as a prize, but you also get a pack of wildflower seeds to take with you!
On the back, it says this is a mix of annuals and perennials designed for easy maintenance. It then tells you how to plant and take care of them!
Overall, I definitely think this prize is worth doing the Garden Graze for, especially if you’re already going to be eating most of the foods on the list! Stay tuned for more Disney World news and updates.
