PHOTOS: Large Crowds Swarm Disney World for Presidents Day
Presidents Day might not be a holiday with much fanfare, but it is a popular time for people to travel. Long weekends are typically a hectic time in Disney World, and this one is no different.
We already noticed the crowd levels rising a few days ago, and today, they are still out and about in the parks!
Presidents Day Crowds
We went over to EPCOT this morning to see how busy things are, and we were already greeted with some big crowds heading into the park.
Inside, Spaceship Earth had a very long line — it was at 45 minutes when we went by!
If you don’t know, that’s a pretty high wait time for this ride, which you can usually count on to only have a wait of a few minutes.
We also noticed a long line for Journey Into Imagination with Figment. The line was at 40 minutes, which is another high time for this particular ride.
And if there are crowds at the rides, you already know Starbucks is going to be slammed. This was the line inside Connections Cafe!
Frozen Ever After had a lot of people in line as well.
Then, over in the France Pavilion, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure was at a whopping 135 minute wait.
Look at all those people!
This is kind of overwhelming.
Lines for popular food spots weren’t faring much better. This was the line for Yorkshire County Fish Shop in the United Kingdom Pavilion.
We also went over to Disney Springs to see if it was crowded, and yep! Things were pretty busy.
The crowds should hopefully die down as the holiday weekend wraps up, but we’ll be sure to keep an eye on things. Stay tuned for more Disney World news and updates!
