Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park Will Close Temporarily Due to Cold Weather
I don’t know about you, but from where I sit in freezing Illinois, temperatures in the mid-60s sound downright balmy right about now.
Still, in Central Florida, 60 degrees is downright chilly.
With temperatures set to bounce between the 50s and low 60s over the next three days, Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park will be closed.
Blizzard Beach To Close Through February 7
Disney’s third water park will be is closed today (February 5), and will continue to cease operations on February 6 and 7.
At this time, Blizzard Beach is scheduled to reopen on Thursday, February 8. By that time, temperatures are set to return to the 70s, with a high of 73.
If you plan on visiting Walt Disney World this week, be prepared! In addition to Blizzard Beach being closed, it will likely be too cold to enjoy the resort’s pools.
