Cinderella’s Horse Returns to Prince Charming’s Regal Carrousel After 2 Year Absence
A VIP (or should that be VIH?) has returned to Prince Charming’s Regal Carrousel today, and we know one princess who will be extremely excited!
Cinderella’s magnificent horse disappeared from Prince Charming’s Regal Carrousel in 2022 when she was removed for refurbishment. After a two-year absence, the gorgeous horse is back in all her glory.
Let’s check it out!
Cinderella’s Horse Returns to Prince Charming’s Regal Carrousel
Cinderella is likely thrilled today as her personal horse has returned to Prince Charming’s Regal Carrousel after a two-year hiatus. According to Disney lore, all of the horses on the carousel belong to the Prince himself – all but one, that is!
Cinderella’s horse is a stunning white “prancer” (meaning her back two hooves are on the ground). Her glorious mane is adorned with bright purple blooms, while a blue and red saddle sits on her back.
Even among the 90 ornate horses on the carousel, Cinderella’s spectacular hard-maple horse stands out from the pack. She’s decked out in gold tassels, blue fabric, a ruby-red bridle, and of course, an array of colorful jewels.
How to Ride Cinderella’s Horse
You can find Cinderella’s horse on Prince Charming’s Regal Carrousel in the middle of Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom.
The beautiful horse is slightly larger than the other horses and sits in the second row from the outside edge of the platform.
You can spot her by looking for the shiny gold ribbon around her tail!
More Work on Prince Charming’s Regal Carrousel
Cinderella’s horse may be back, but crews are still working to keep the attraction in tip-top shape.
Our eagle-eyed MickeyBlog reporters spotted covers on portions of the carousel, obscuring the inner workings of the maintenance work.
The carousel remains open and operational for guests to enjoy!
