Enjoy a fun-filled evening with amazing flavors. Revel in the season’s dark spices and herbs, cocoa, orange, roots and other rich, midwinter flavors.

Choose from two dates: Thursday, January 18th and 25th with times from 5:30 and 8 p.m.

ORANGE CAIPIRINHA
• St. Augustine rum, muddled orange, sugar
• Paired with: charred Spanish octopus, crushed marble potatoes, citrus, chili, cilantro, parsley, blood orange extra virgin olive oil

OLD CITY STREETS
• St. Augustine port-finished bourbon, Amaro di Angostura, crème de cacao, Angostura bitters
• Paired with: D’Artagnan Rohan duck breast, espresso-cocoa rub, parsnip puree, cherry mostarda

DUELING DRAGONS (TWO MINI COCKTAILS)
• St. Augustine vodka, crème de cacao, crème de menthe
• St. Augustine gin, ginger liqueur, orange juice, cranberry juice
• Paired with: cast-iron brownie, warm orange-chocolate-chip brownie, mint gelato

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
• 1 oz. St. Augustine bourbon “The Saint” (+$30 per person)
