Here Are All the Marvel Stars Returning in ‘What If…?’ Season 2
The return of Marvel’s animated series What If…? is truly a star-studded afffair.
In addition to returning Avengers Elizbeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), Paul Rudd (Ant-Man), and Chris Hemsworth (Thor), the series will also see the return of fan-favorite characters like Hayley Atwell’s Captain Carter, Josh Brolin’s Thanos, Idris Elda’s Heimdall, and Cate Blanchett’s Hela.

The Marvel Stars Were Excited to Return
According to the director Bryan Adams, the talented voice cast was excited to return to their iconic roles.

“They’ve all been great,” director Bryan Adams said. “Cate Blanchett really sunk her teeth into this version of Hela we have. And, of course, Hayley Atwell as our Captain Carter — seeing that character go through what she goes through and keeps forging ahead — it’s amazing what Hayley brings to the table. And we had Jon Favreau come in and do a couple of versions of Happy Hogan and it was a blast. He’s amazing and really went for it. I asked for some wacky stuff in our 1602-inspired episode and he delivered in a big way — so much fun.”
