Darth Vader Returns to Hollywood Studios to Meet Guests Starting August 29th
Get ready to feel The Force Disney friends as Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is opening in a little over a month and a half at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. At this incredible new land, you’ll be transported to the planet of Batuu where you’ll live your own adventure in and around Black Spire outpost. Here you’ll find new attractions, merchants restaurants and more. But the fun isn’t just limited to Galaxy’s Edge. Throughout the park, there’s still Star Wars fun to be had including the return of Darth Vader. He will be on hand to greet guests once again starting August 29th.

Star Wars Launch Bay
This incredible multi-sensory space is a must-do for Star Wars fans of all ages. Star with the “Meet the Makers” short film to get a sense of the incredible talents that went into bringing the awesome Star Wars universe to life. You’ll also find galleries featuring treasured memorabilia and authentic replicas of Star Wars artefacts. A Galaxy Far, Far Away
This amazing live show is presented several times throughout the day at the theme park’s Center Stage area. The production brings to life iconic moments from the Star Wars saga. It features compelling film clips, special effects and appearances by some of your favorite Star Wars characters.
Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple
In this unforgettable, interactive experience, your young padawans are guided to the site of a sacred and ancient Jedi temple. Here they’ll learn the ways of The Force and face their fears against iconic Star Wars villains, to discover if they have the makings of a true Jedi.
Star Tours: The Adventure Continues
Star Tours takes you to multiple Star Wars destinations on a thrilling, motion-simulator-based adventure across the galaxy. This iconic Hollywood Studios attraction features characters and sequences from the newest Star Wars saga films Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular
This stunning nighttime show puts you in the middle of the Star Wars action. Featuring memorable moments from the saga this dazzling nighttime spectacular uses state-of-the-art projection technology, lasers, lighting, pyrotechnics and other special effects to turn the night sky and the buildings of Hollywood Studios into a galactic adventure!
