Mele Kalikimaka – Christmas is here at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort! This holiday weekend, the resort served up tropical holiday vibes – and a little friendly competition – with a festive wreath-decorating contest.

A Festive Holiday Display
The lobby of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is always a sight to behold, but the resort kicked it up a notch with an extra dose of holiday cheer.
The beautiful wreaths were created by talented Disney Cast Members. Themes include our favorite Disney movies, attractions, and Walt Disney World icons.
A nearby sign invites Polynesian guests and visitors to vote for their favorites using a QR code.

Disney Cast Members came up with some seriously creative and inspired wreaths! With choices like these, it’s nearly impossible to choose a favorite.
This fun and colorful Lilo and Stich-inspired wreath wishes everyone “Mele Kalikimaka!” Disney Cast Members surrounded a festive Lilo and Stitch graphic with gorgeous holiday ribbons and fun Stich ornaments.

Meanwhile, this wintery Frozen wreath features Elsa herself as the focal point. With icy, iridescent blue netting and snowflake details, this wreath is the perfect tribute to the Frozen movies.

This bright and cheery Jingle Cruise-themed wreath is a total knockout!
Creative cast members incorporated various elements of the fan-favorite attraction, including the iconic Jungle Cruise boat and ship’s wheel. Tropical flowers, colorful butterflies, and exotic animals complete the festive look.

Fans of Disney transportation will love this Monorail-inspired wreath!
The wreath features a mini-monorail on its very own resort loop! Cast Members used Christmas ornaments to represent Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

A traditional-style wreath gives guests a glimpse into Mickey’s cozy Christmas festivities.
