Summer House on the Lake Soft Opens at Disney Springs
Pretty soon, visitors to Disney Springs will be able to savor California-style cuisine and breezy beach vibes when Summer House on the Lake opens.
The new restaurant invites visitors to a beach house-themed dining room where they can eat amid a charming coastal ambiance. At Summer House on the Lake, summer never ends.

A Soft Opening at Disney Springs!
Today, when visiting Disney Springs’s West Side, we noticed that Summer House on the Lake was actually welcoming its first guests!
As it turns out, today was the restaurant’s soft opening. Dining reservations were reserved for family, friends, and select Disney Cast Members.
Still, according to the Cast Members we talked to, the restaurant should open later this week! Hopefully on Thursday or Friday.

Garden-Fresh Foods
At Summer House on the Lake, diners will be able to satisfy their appetite with garden-fresh foods and seasonal Florida ingredients.

For lunch and dinner, the restaurant will offer a menu that includes salads, sandwiches, and pizza.
The restaurant will also have an in-house bakery, The Cookie Jar, that makes treats such as baked cookies, brownies, and other goodies.

Finally, on Saturday and Sunday, guests can delight in a special brunch! Diners at brunch can chow down on Mexican hash browns, breakfast pizza, breakfast tostadas, pancakes, waffles, salads, and sandwiches.
