MENU Revealed For Summer House on the Lake in Disney Springs
In case you missed it, a new restaurant is coming soon to Disney Springs!
We’re talking about Summer House on the Lake, a new spot serving California-style cuisine for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. They also have an in-house bakery — and we can’t wait to try their freshly baked cookies. The full menu for this restaurant was just revealed, so let’s check it out!
Weekend Brunch
First, brunch will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays, with a whole lot of options to choose from!
Starters range in price from $9.95 to $15.95, including jalapeno corn bread, cheesy dream puffs, warm edamame, potato salad deviled eggs, truffle fries, and prime beef meatballs.
You can also order their signature guacamole for $16.95, and add peekytoe crab for $12.95.
For breakfast, prices range from $15.95 to $18.95, with options including a breakfast burrito, a vegan breakfast burrito, breakfast tostadas, Mexican hash browns, and huevos rancheros.
For eggs, you can get a 3 egg breakfast, egg sandwich, short rib hash, or vegetable hash for $15.95 to $19.95.
Other menu items include crispy strawberry waffles, apple cinnamon waffles, fluffy buttermilk pancakes, and blueberry pancakes for between $12.95 to $16.95.
Salads range from $9.95 to $20.95, with options like a house salad, shaved brussels sprouts, costa mesa, kale & cashew, and buena vista cobb, with options to add protein.
Veggies range from $13.95 to $16.95, including caramelized brussels sprouts, shishito peppers, grilled avocado, and wood-grilled artichoke.
Grab a crispy chicken sandwich, turkey stack, or prime burger costing from $14.95 to $18.95.
And for the ultimate comfort foods, you can grab their famous herbed chicken breast paillard, picnic fried chicken basket, wood grilled salmon, or skirt steak frites for between $18.95 to $38.95.
Breakfast pizza costs $19.95.
Now let’s move on to lunch and dinner!
Lunch & Dinner
A lot of the same items from brunch are also available during lunch and dinner.
Starters include jalapeno corn bread, cheesy dream puffs, warm edamame, potato salad deviled eggs, truffle fries, and prime beef meatballs costing between $9.95 to $17.95.
The signature guacamole is $16.95, with peekytoe crab available for an additional $12.95.
Veggie options include caramelized brussels sprouts, shishito peppers, grilled avocado, and wood-grilled artichoke for between $13.95 to $16.95.
Raw & chilled menu items include ahi tuna tostadas, salmon poke nachos, hamachi sashimi, and classic shrimp cocktail for between $18.95 to $19.95.
Salads are the same as brunch, including the house salad, shaved brussels sprouts, costa mesa, kale & cashew, and buena vista cobb, with options to add protein. Salads range in cost from $9.95 to $20.95.
Sandwich options are crispy chicken, turkey stack, or prime burger for $14..95 to $18.95.
Tacos are exclusive to lunch and dinner, including grilled tequila-lime chicken, crispy baja fish, and carne asada for between $19.95 to $28.95.
Pasta is also exclusive to lunch and dinner, with options like spaghetti pomodoro, rigatoni ala vodka, and angry crab bucatini ranging in price from $18.95 to $38.95.
Pizza ranges from $18.95 to $21.95, and you can choose from classic cheese, margherita, hobbs pepperoni, shaved mushroom, and spinach & kale. There’s also breakfast pizza for $19.95.
Southern comfort items include their famous herbed chicken breast paillard, picnic fried chicken basket, corn husk salmon, grouper fish ‘n’ chips, skirt steak frites, and center-cut filet mignon for between $18.95 and $52.95.
There is no official opening date for Summer House on the Lake yet, but we’re keeping our eyes peeled.
