BREAKING: Disney Shares an Update on Magic Key Holder & Annual Pass Payment Issues
Disney has provided an update on the monthly payment delay for their Magic Key holder and Annual Passholder programs.
Many Magic Key holders (Disneyland Resort) and Annual Passholders (Disney World Resort) have been unable to provide Disney with their monthly pass payments for November. After quite a bit of speculation and confusion, Disney has finally provided affected guests with an update.
Monthly Payment Issue
Disney has notified Magic Key holders and Annual Passholders of a technical issue with their third-party payment vendor. The issue created a delay in processing the monthly pass payments that were due November 18th through November 27th. Scott Gustin shared Disney’s update on X (Annual Passholders and Magic Key holders received similar updates):
Walt Disney World shared an update on the third-party payment vendor issue impacting Annual Passholder monthly payments that were due between Nov. 18-27. Payments will resume this week. Important note: Passholders with APs paid in full were not impacted. Here’s the full update: pic.twitter.com/7iZPo9AiSJ

Both pass programs expect to resume processing payments this week–which includes completing the payments that were affected by the delay. Depending on your financial institution, the payment could still take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. Moving forward, even if you were affected by the delay, your payment schedule will still resume as usual.
This technical issue only affected monthly payments, not passes paid in full. We will continue to keep an eye on this technical issue and let you know if anything else occurs, so stay tuned to MickeyBlog.com for the latest.
