REVIEW: Yukon Holiday Kitchen at EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays
Happy Holidays and welcome to the first day of the 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays! We are LIVE at EPCOT and bringing you “first-looks” of the holiday merchandise, special entertainment, holiday decor and more.
And of course, we are tasting some of the festive foods, like the items from Yukon Holiday Kitchen!
Yukon Holiday Kitchen
Yukon Holiday Kitchen is located over near the Canada Pavilion. Here’s a look at the menu:
Let’s dive into the food! First up, we got the new Seared Salmon with butternut squash puree, maple-bournon glaze and fennel arugula salad for $7.
The salmon is light and flaky, which is great! The squash puree is seasoned very well and the arugula adds a nice brightness to the dish.
We also grabbed the returning Snickerdoodle Cookie with Snickers pieces for the Cookie Stroll for $3. We’ll review this alongside all of the other cookies on the stroll, so stay tuned!
Another item available here is the returning Beef Bourguignon with crushed potatoes for $6.50.
We also got the returning Frozen Joffrey’s Coffee w/ Tap 357 whiskey for $12.50. This was very thick and rich, but it’s cold if you’re hot and still want some holiday flavors!
There are a lot of other drink options here — take a closer look at the menu:
