Disney Genie+ Park Hopper Sells Out for Second Straight Day
Thanksgiving Week has arrived at Walt Disney World, and you can tell by Disney Genie+.
The Disney Genie+ Park Hopper option has sold out for the second straight date. And we doubt it’ll be the last time this week!

When Disney introduced Disney Genie+, fans quickly deduced that the service would cost the most during holiday weeks.
Last year, Disney only offered one version of the Lightning Lane replacement.
On November 21st, 2022, Disney Genie+ cost $29 and provided the buyer with access to all four theme parks.

In June 2023, Disney acknowledged a strategic flaw under the old system.
Guests without Park Hopper admission tickets were overpaying for Disney Genie+, especially if they spent the day at Disney’s Animal Kingdom or EPCOT.
Starting on June 27th, 2023, Disney Genie+ split into five options, although it’s really just four.
Walt Disney World park guests can choose between individual Disney Genie+ purchases at a single park, or they can purchase Disney Genie+ Park Hopper.

That option works identically to the original Disney Genie+. You can use the shorter Lightning Lane at any of the four theme parks.
Thus far, Disney Genie+ Park Hopper has cost the same price as Disney Genie+ Magic Kingdom every day. So, they’re basically the same.
Disney Genie+ Holiday Week Pricing
The new Disney Genie+ system employs a form of traffic-based pricing.
In other words, when you visit on a slow day, you’ll pay less for Disney Genie+. However, you also won’t need it as much on those dates.
The prices above reflect a typical late August date. You’ll note that they’re much cheaper than what we’re about to discuss, even though they’re from just three months ago!

During more crowded times on the park calendar like, say, Thanksgiving Week, guests will pay more for Disney Genie+. You’ll need it, though.
Without Disney Genie+, you’ll spend almost all your visit standing in line at Walt Disney World’s most crowded attractions.

For example, as I type this at 1 PM on Tuesday, November 21st, 22 different Walt Disney World attractions require an hourlong wait!

Vacationers clearly agreed, as Disney Genie+ Park Hopper had sold out by noon today.
At the time of publication, the three individual Disney Genie+ options remain available to guests. Here are their prices:

Presuming that Disney Genie+ pricing follows last year’s pattern, you can expect these prices to remain the same through Saturday.

Also, you can expect early sellouts of Park Hopper throughout the week, especially on Thanksgiving. Please plan accordingly!
