From holiday parties to festive decor–Disney World is full of ways to celebrate the holiday season. But it wouldn’t truly be Christmastime without Santa…which is why you can find him meeting guests in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. So come with us as we meet the big guy!

It’s a Wonderful Shop in Hollywood Studios is home to the Meet Santa holiday offering, taking place from 10AM-1:30PM, 2PM-7PM, and 7:30PM-8:30PM.

We walked over to the check-in desk…
Check-in Desk
…where you provide the Cast Member with your phone number (US only) to receive text message alerts when it’s time to return. They will send you 2 text messages (message and data rates apply). The lines to meet Santa can be enormous, so the virtual queue is a helpful tool.

The first text message confirmed that we had registered to meet Santa. The second message told us that it was time to enter the queue–once you receive that message, you must check back in with the Cast Member within 1 hour of receiving the message.
