It can only mean one thing… it’s time to check in for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!

Yep, tonight is the very first night of this fan-favorite event, back with a festive bang for 2023. Your MickeyBloggers are there live and reporting all through the event, and we can’t wait to have you join us for the event.
So, grab some hot cocoa, and come with us to enjoy the festivities!
Check-In Time!
Let’s start off over here in Adventureland. This looks like a line of very merry partygoers if ever I saw one, so let’s walk towards it!
As Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is an exclusive event, Cast Members need to be able to distinguish ticketholders apart from the other, non-pass-holding day guests, who are required to leave the Magic Kingdom at an earlier time before the festivities begin.
This admin is done by issuing all party ticketholders with an exclusive wristband, that they can show whenever boarding attractions, purchasing food or merchandise, and taking part in any other magical activities for the night.
This area over here in Adventureland is one of three specially designated Wristband Distribution points in the park, and where our reporters are signing in today.
As you can see from the photos, there’s a line of very joyful-looking Cast Members ready to assist guests, and had out those all-important wristbands!
The Wristbands
So, let’s take a look at these wristbands! As you can see, this year the bands are a white ribbon, printed with “Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party” in a cute, festive font.
I don’t know about you, but I personally prefer these ribbon wristbands so much more than the paper ones!
With an adjustable clasp, they’re not only easy to wear and remove, but also make cute souvenirs from the event to take home.
Fantasyland Station
Ok, so while we checked ourselves in and picked up our wristbands over at Adventureland, we wanted to give you a quick look at the other two distribution stations, too!
One is tucked away over here in Fantasyland, at Fantasy Faire.
Plenty of barriers have been placed out to help organize lines of wristband-seeking guests, but it looks like the Cast Members are managing the crowds perfectly here at the moment!
There’s even some bubble action from the store to keep spirits high and festive – how exciting!
Over here in Fantasyland, you could say is the most magical setting to check in for a holiday party!
Tomorrowland Station
The last of the three stations is this one, in Tomorrowland.
It might be because it’s the closest one to the park entrance, but it looks like this is the busiest of the distribution points here!
That’s a lot of festive guests waiting in line!
So, when you go to check in for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, remember you can choose any one of the three distribution points. Adventureland, Fantasyland, or Tomorrowland.
