Add Disney Magic To Your Tree With This Contemporary Resort Gingerbread Ornament

With Halloween now in the rear-view mirror and November officially here, Walt Disney World is getting ready to celebrate the holidays.

While we still have one more Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party to go before the Magic Kingdom kicks things into Christmas gear, the rest of the resort is already starting to decorate.

Yesterday, for example, we brought you news that work is already underway at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. Now, I want to turn your attention to another resort on the Magic Kingdom monorail line.

Over at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Christmas has arrived at the resort gift shops. When perusing Bayview Gifts, we came upon a new Contemporary ornament that would be the perfect addition to any Disney fan’s tree.

A Contemporary Gingerbread Ornament

This ornament re-imagines Disney’s Contemporary Resort as a gingerbread house!

I love the way that the resort’s iconic windows have been recreated with icing! If you look closely you can even see the monorail.

Beneath the Contemporary, Edna Mode and Jack-Jack also appear in gingerbread form.

While both characters look good, I have to say that Disney’s insistence on tying The Incredibles into the Contemporary Resort is a little off-putting.

Last but not least, beneath the lace that allows you to hang the ornament, the Contemporary logo is proudly displayed.

What a fun ornament!
