NEW Food Coming Soon to 3 Disney World Restaurants
It seems like Disney World is almost always adding some exciting new food items to their menus. We see new things regularly for the EPCOT festivals, anniversary celebrations, holidays, and more.

And sometimes, there’s new food added for no apparent reason at all. That’s happening now — a bunch of new food is coming soon to Disney World!
New Food Coming to Disney World
Three popular Disney World hotel restaurants are getting a bunch of new dishes added to their menus! Geyser Point Bar & Grill at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and Banana Cabana at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort will be getting new items starting October 11th.

Let’s take a look at what’s being served!
Geyser Point Bar & Grill
- Crispy ‘Peking’ Ribs — tossed in a peking sauce with cashews
- Geyser Chicken Wings — now available in two new additional flavors of Thai Chili or Sriracha Buffalo
- Charcuterie Flatbread — topped with salami, brisket, chorizo, bacon, and smoked gouda beer cheese
- Turkey BLT Sandwich — house-smoked black pepper turkey, candied bacon, and avocado puree

- Macaroni and ‘Cheese’ Bites — “cheesy” bites of goodness paired with tomato and peppers (plant-based)
- Vegetable Burger with ‘Cheese’ — topped with a spicy slaw, pepper jack ‘cheese’, lettuce, and tomato (plant-based)
- Multigrain Salad with Tofu — mixed greens, wild rice, bell peppers, and sesame vinaigrette (plant-based, but also available with chicken, steak, or salmon)

- Pineapple Mule — a temporary drink on the menu for Black History Month is now becoming a permanent offering. It features Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey, Hella Cocktail Co. Ginger Bitters, pineapple juice, ginger beer, and mint.
- Guest Experience Managers Mauro Santiago Marcos and Megan Reinhardt made this cocktail using Uncle Nearest Whiskey, which honors the first known Black master distiller, Nathan ‘Nearest’ Green.
- In addition to Geyser Point Bar & Grill, the Pineapple Mule will be added to over 40 Disney Resort hotel bars and lounges.
Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago
- Korean Fried Chicken Bao Buns — paired with lime mayo, sweet-and-spicy gochujang sauce, ‘kimchi’ pickles, and radish
- Tamarind Soy-glazed Pork Ribs — with scallions, pickled fresno chili, and cilantro
- Ceviche Classico — featuring kona kampachi, sweet potato, cancha, red onion, chile, and leche de tigre
- Villa del Lago Wedge Salad — baby iceberg lettuce, chorizo, bleu cheese, and marinated tomatoes topped with avocado dressing (also available with grilled shrimp or grilled chicken)

- Pork Carnitas Tacos — served with a trio of sauces – chipotle-pineapple salsa, tomatillo salsa verde, and salsa borracha – along with cotija cheese and pickled vegetables, served with black beans and rice
- Chicken Mole Poblano — sweet corn-Oaxacan cheese tamale, rich mole poblano sauce, and radish
- Three Bridges Signature Burger — topped with a bacon marmalade, sun-dried tomato jam, smoked gouda queso, crispy vegetables, and arugula served with smoked paprika fries
- Plancha-seared Mahi Mahi and Shrimp — basmati rice, bok choy, Thai red coconut-curry sauce, and mint.
- ‘Poke’ Bowl — not new, but now available with tofu

- Warm Churros — now featuring three dipping sauces: tequila caramel, spiced chocolate, and mango-chamoy
- Coconut Flan — with passionfruit sauce, mango, and hibiscus. This was previously on the menu for Women’s History Month, and now it is a permanent addition
- Cold Brew Old Fashioned — SelvaRey Chocolate Rum, Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur, Joffrey’s Mexican Femenino Cold Brew, and Hella Cocktail Co. Orange Bitters

- Tinto de Verano — red wine, Combier Creme de Mure, Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, and Sprite
- Tropical Coconut Cooler — coconut, orange, pineapple, and lime juices with a salt rim (non-alcoholic)
Banana Cabana
- Banana Cabana Burger — Caribbean barbecue, tomatillo-jalapeño cream cheese, and pineapple salsa with plantain crunch served with french fries
- Grilled Wings — now with two new additional sauce flavors of Rum Barbecue and Guava Buffalo.
- Seafood Fritters — with a passion fruit aïoli
- Coconut Shrimp — with citrus-chili sauce and french fries
