Disneyland Is Hiring….Inline Skaters??
Every so often Disney posts auditions for various live entertainment positions.
Usually, these casting calls revolve around new shows or parades coming to the Disney Parks, such as The Nightmare Before Christmas sing-along coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios this holiday season!

Today, however, Disney posted an interesting new casting call, seeking inline skaters “for a unique, new experience coming to the Disneyland Resort”.
What Disney Is Looking For
Accompanying the job posting was a short video explaining the six inline skating techniques that all applicants are required to know.
In case you were wondering, or perhaps thinking about applying, the techniques are Forward Skate, Forward to Reverse, Alternating Crossover, Turn Stop, Crossover Figure 9, and Alternating Single Leg Kick Groove.
Candidates hoping to get this new inline skater job must create a profile on DisneyAuditions.com, submit a video, and check in to the audition.
The role requires performers to be fully available at least three days a week and be at least 18 years of age. The job pays $20.00 an hour.
Applications must be turned in by October 2nd.
New Entertainment at Disneyland?
So, if you are an inline skater who has always dreamed of working for Disney, now is your chance!
While we don’t know exactly what the new entertainment offering coming to Disneyland will be, I for one, can’t wait to see how Disney incorporates inline skating!
