BREAKING: You Can Now Meet Mirabel From ‘Encanto’ at Disney World!
We are delighted to share the news that a new character is now meeting guests at the Magic Kingdom. Mirabel from Disney’s Encanto made her debut at Fairytale Garden where she will be meeting guests daily. Our MickeyBloggers couldn’t pass up an opportunity to meet Mirabel. You can check images from our meet-and-greet experience below!
A new sign is now up in front of Fairytale Garden advertising the new Mirabel meet and greet with times.
There’s also beautiful artwork featuring the Madrigal family from Encanto.
As you can see beautiful banners and green canopies are the tip-of-the-hat to the bold colors featured in the film.
Floral garlands adorn the updated Fairytale Gardens.
Colorful picture frames adorn the walls.
Orange banners showcase each of the members of the Madrigal family.
Also posted is a beautiful illustration of the Madrigal family tree!
There are also images of the Madrigals with each member standing in front of their magical doors.
MickeyBlog Meets Mirabel!
We captured the moment that Mirabel arrived on the scene to cheers from Encanto fans.

For those unfamiliar, Mirabel is the main protagonist in Disney’s 2021 film Encanto.
She is the only member of the Madrigal family that doesn’t have a magical gift.
During the film, Mirabel takes us on a journey to prove her worth and save her family home. The character is known for being loving, genuine and dedicated.
When it was finally our turn to meet Mirabel she was lovely! She looks absolutely radiant in her colorful skirt, pink espadrilles, and embroidered top. As you can see she’s wearing her signature glasses with floral accessories.
Surrounding Mirabel are beautiful flora and fauna which was integral to the setting in the film which took place in rural Colombia.
Mirabel really takes time to chat with guests and pose for photos. A Disney PhotoPass is also on hand to capture the magic.

As you can see, Fairytale Garden has been transformed into the Casa Madrigal. The area is now adorned with floral garlands, colorful banners, and even a recreation of the Madrigal family tree!

Where Is Fairytale Garden?
For those unfamiliar, you can find Mirabel in her new meet-and-greet location at Princess Fairytale Garden which is an outdoor area situated between Cinderella Castle and the Mad Tea Party area of Fantasyland. This was previously the location for the meet and greet with Merida from Brave (who has now been moved to the Liberty Square Gazebo.)

Mirabel isn’t the only character from Encanto now making an appearance at the Magic Kingdom. Here mysterious uncle Bruno is now making an appearance at the Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade which makes its way down Main Street each evening.
