FIRST LOOK: Bruno’s Vision Cake Now at Saratoga Springs for a Limited Time
Our culinary tour of the new Hispanic and Latin America Heritage Month treats continues with a stop at Artist’s Palette to try out Bruno’s Vision Cake.
The cake takes its name from Bruno from Disney’s Encanto.
The Bruno’s Vision Cake retails for $6.29.
This treat consists of a Tres Leches Vanilla Cake.
Dulce de leche adds a bit of sweetness to the treat.
Whipped cream and sugar “vision shards” add the finishing touches.
Here’s a quick video we took of the treat below:
Unfortunately and unlike Encanto’s Bruno, this vision cake failed to win us over.
The treat was pre-made and in a grab-and-go refrigerator case at Artist’s Palette.
Elyssa said that this treat is a bit of a letdown. The cake didn’t have the best texture. It was very mushy.
The Dulce de Leche was lovely but there just wasn’t enough of it.
The sugar shards that topped this treat were a bit of an odd addition. With so many incredible Hispanic and Latin Heritage Month treats on offer over the next month, you might wanna give this one a miss.
