Disney Cruise Line Honors Families at Castaway Cay for Silver Anniversary
If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog you’ll know that Disney is currently celebrating its Silver Anniversary at Sea! To mark the occasion, Disney has a special celebration planned for the private island Castaway Cay which started welcoming guests 25 years ago. Disney Cruise Line is commemorating families that have sailed with Disney 50 or more times over the last 25 years with a new display on the island!

Over the years, families have made magical memories at Castaway Cay from participating in the 5K to soaking up the sun on the family beach! The new commemorative display will make its debut on the island this fall and will recognize the legacy and heart of Castaway Cay which is Disney Cruise Line’s Castaway Club members!
We know that the commemorative display will be erected near the island post office and will feature a colorful fence with the names of the families that have cruised 50 times or more with Disney. Above is a first look at the artist’s rendering!
Disney will be reaching out to these specially selected Castaway Club members who will get to choose to have one of the icons above appear along with their family name on the display.
For those unfamiliar, Castaway Club is Disney Cruise Line’s loyalty program and recognizes returning guests with an array of awesome benefits.
