Disney Cruise Line Cancels All Sailings Through May, Magic Through Mid-August
Unfortunately, Disney Cruise Line has announced today that additional cancellations are being made. As they continue to refine their protocols and await further technical guidance from the CDC, it has been deemed necessary by Disney Cruise Line to cancel all sailings departing through May 2021.
Given the likelihood of international borders remaining closed for an extended period of time, Disney Cruise Line has also made the decision to cancel Disney Magic sailings through Aug. 10, 2021.
Disney Cruise Line is offering affected Guests who have paid their reservation in full the choice of a 125% future cruise credit* to be used for a future sailing prior to Sept. 30, 2022, or a full refund. The credit has automatically been added to their clients’ account and can be applied as a payment option when booking a new reservation online. Guests that have not paid their reservations in full will automatically receive a refund of what they have paid so far.
Affected Guests will receive an email from Disney Cruise Line outlining details and next steps.
Most Adventures by Disney Escape Packages that are booked in conjunction with one of these Disney Cruise Line vacations will also be cancelled. Guests who are booked on one of these packages will receive a SeaMail and a phone call from Adventures by Disney. Guests who purchased an Adventures by Disney cruise package as part of the vacation will automatically receive a refund back to the original form of payment.
SeaMails will be going out today. Below is a sample of the messages being sent.
