It’s cookie time! Every month, Gideon’s releases a limited-edition cookie flavor, and this August’s flavor is for peanut butter fans. You can find Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs, so let’s head over there!

First of all, Gideon’s monthly releases are often accompanied by a unique character, and this month’s character is brand new! Benjamin Falcon is a “skittish and fearful bird lover,” and he wears a falconry hood that keeps him calm and helps him find courage.

The limited edition August cookie flavor is Peanut Butter Cold Brew, which we’ve seen in the past. This flavor is inspired by Gideon’s popular Peanut Butter Cold Brew coffee drink.

In addition to sweets, Gideon’s also sells coffee, and originally all drinks only came in 16-ounce sizes. Now, Gideon’s has introduced 24-ounce sizes for those of you who really need a coffee fix!
We ordered the 24-ounce Peanut Butter Cold Brew for $8, and it was just as tasty as we remembered. Just keep in mind that it’s VERY sweet, so avoid it if you prefer your coffee without sugar.

The Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie was $6 and a great companion to our cold brew! This cookie is a peanut butter cookie laced with freshly ground espresso and fully covered in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Reese’s Pieces.
It has a strong coffee/cold brew taste that paired deliciously well with the peanut butter and chocolate flavors.

This is definitely a cookie that you can share with others, but you can also always take it home to eat slowly over time! We like freezing our cookies in bites so that we have a bit of that Disney World magic with us whenever we want.

Head to Gideon’s Bakehouse to try the Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie in August! If you’re in the mood for citrus flavors, the Key Lime Chocolate Chip Cookie that was released in July for Flavors of Florida will still be available through August 13th.
