June 10th was a slower day in Disney history, but it still featured the opening of a Disneyland attraction, the premiere of a Disney animated classic, and the debut of a new Pixar film. So, let’s get started!
Pack Mules Through Nature’s Wonderland Opens (1960)
On this day in 1960, DIsneyland’s Pack Mules Through Nature’s Wonderland opened in Frontierland.

Originally called Mule Pack, the attraction would operate until 1973.
Pocahontas Premieres (1995)
On this day in 1995, Disney’s Pocahontas premiered on the Great Lawn in New York City’s Central Park.
Over 100,000 people attended the free screening- the largest opening ever for an animated film.
The Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular Reopens (2000)
On this day in 2000, The Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular reopened a the Disney-MGM Studios.
To mark the occasion Disney invited 600 Orlando-area residents with the last name “Jones” to be in the audience for the first show.
Go Figure Airs (2005)
On this day in 2005, the Disney Channel Original movie Go Figure aired.

The movie told the story of a Olympic hopeful figure skater who must get a hockey scholarship to go to the Russian school that her dream skating coach works at.
Pixar’s Brave Premiers (2012)
On this day in 2012, Pixar’s Brave was shown at the Seattle International Film Festival.

The movie told the story of a skilled Scottish archer named Merida who defies an age-old custom, and creates chaos in her kingdom.
Disney’s Feast Premieres (2014)
On this day in 2014, Disney’s Feast had its world premiere at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival.
