Disney Magic HAP-Pins Pin Event Coming to Disney World
Calling all pin collectors! There is a new Pin Trading Event planned for Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World this Summer and we’ve got some of the initial details! The Disney Magic HAP-Pins Event is the perfect way for Disney Pin Trading fans to gather and honor this awesome theme park tradition. The 2023 event will feature a new event location, more trading than ever, new activities, and more!
The event will take place on August 26, 2023 at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center. There are two different admission types and these are as follows:
- Apprentice Package – Admission is $100 per Guest.
- Sorcerer Package – Admission is $200 per Guest.
Apprentice Package
The Apprentice Package is $100 per person and includes the following perks:
- Access to trading area on August 25 during event check-in
- Admission to the Disney Magic HAP-Pins Event on August 26
- Opportunity to participate in the Random Selection Process (“RSP”) to purchase event pins prior to the August 26 event
- Access to trading activities with Disney
- Access to trading area with other event guests
- Opportunity to meet Disney Pin Partners and preview upcoming pins
- Pin Artist Signings
- Limited Edition Commemorative Gifts – Approximately $50 in retail value.

Sorcerer Package
Those looking to take advantage of all that the Pin Trading Event has to offer plush some pretty fabulous perks will want to get the Sorcerer Package for $200 a person. This includes the following:
- Access to trading area on August 25 during event check-in.
- Admission to the Disney Magic HAP-Pins Event on August 26
- Opportunity to participate in the Random Selection Process (“RSP”) to purchase event pins prior to the August 26 event
- Access to trading activities with Disney
- Access to trading area with other event guests
- Opportunity to meet Disney Pin Partners and preview upcoming pins
- Pin Artist Signings
- Preferences for each round of the Random Selection Process of event pins will be
processed first - Dedicated check in line at event check in on August 25
- One (1) hour (9am-10am) exclusive early access to event offerings on August 26
- Access to a trading activity exclusive to the Sorcerer Package event guests
- Limited Edition Commemorative Gifts – Approximately $90 in retail value.
