The Cable Car Bake Shop (Now Featuring Kiri Cheese!) Officially Reopens in Disneyland Paris
The Cable Car Bake Shop at Disneyland Paris reopened today, with a whole new slew of treats.
The popular bakery now serves a new range of pastries baked with Kiri cheese!
As part of a partnership between Bel and Disneyland Paris, guests young and old can satisfy their sweet tooth (thanks to Kiri) by tasting the Cable Car Carrot Cake, the Lombards St. Cupcake, the Golden Gate Cheesecake, and the Presidio Muffin or the Tartelette Éclair.
An All-New Cable Car Bake Shop
In addition to the new menu, the Cable Car Bake Shop was also given new theming, which now features the brand’s colors.
The theming takes gusts to the heart of old San Francisco while telling a new story created by the Bel Group and Walt Disney Imagineering.
“We are partnering with Disneyland Paris to offer guests a unique and immersive culinary experience that demonstrates that Kiri can be used everywhere beyond cheese and inspires chefs in all types of recipes – even sweet ones!” says Céline Camilleri, Kiri General Manager.
“This opening also marks an important milestone in Bel’s 10-year collaboration with Disneyland Paris, which will allow guests to discover new flavors and experience magical and unforgettable moments.”
The Re-Dedication Ceremony
The citizens of Main Street gathered today for the Bake Shops’ official rededication.
On hand for the festivities were Minnie Mouse in her chef’s outfit and Bel executives. Here is a video of the re-dedication ceremony from DLP Report!
The Cable Car Bake Shop has been wowing guests since Disneyland Paris opened 31 years ago. With a new array of delicious delectables on the menu, the bakery is primed for the next 31 years!
